Our U8's group is a newly formed JS Academy Squad wanting to follow in the footsteps of our U9s.
This is their first award this month and Henry absolutely deserves it!
We first met Henry as a shy player, keeping himself to himself and reluctant to mix with the other players. Naturally, his parents were concerned he wasn't ready for the group as his lack of confidence was showing during training and on the football.
However, after deciding to stick at it Henry was very much out of his comfort zone but this allowed him to break the barrier. What a decision that was. Henry is 10 x more confident within the group now which is allowing him to do everything he wants with the ball. He is improving week after week - all with a big smile on his face!
