1-to-1 position specific training for professional players looking to improve their overall game. Each session is bespoke to suit your needs and personal goals, improving both aerobic and anaerobic fitness as well as explosive power.

JS Academy's pro-player 1-to-1's focus on improving speed, agility, technical ability, effective turns, dribbling, shooting, finishing, ball manipulation and tactical awareness etc. When joining, each player will have a consultation with a member of our team to discuss specific requirements to ensure maximum effectiveness of each session. From this, players will receive a performance review each week to monitor progress.
